Self Portraits

Students used the iPad app Procreate to make self portraits that depicted both their likeness and their unique personality traits.

Surreal Collages

After learning some foundational skills during their self portrait project, students continued to add their Procreate toolbox by making a surreal collage. In this project, students learned how to cut and select specific parts of a photo, how to duplicate and adjust layers, how to create shadows and reflections, and how to use layer masks to seamlessly blend images together.
